Abstract
This report presents a professional experience developed Koké-Pataxí Institute, an outreach program linked to teaching and research initiatives, which aims to promote Indigenous recovery in the present space and time. Coordinated by pataxó, indigenous, woman, social worker, and professor of Social Work at a public higher education institution, the program aims to foster interaction between universities and indigenous peoples and contribute to anti-racist training in Brazilian Social Work.
