Geonorte Journal is pleased to publish its newest edition with 11 texts related to the dossier Roraima: dynamics of the Amazonian landscape and territory. This special edition aims to disseminate unpublished research results in the field of geographical science developed in the State of Roraima, a border state that brings together particular socio-territorial dynamics due to its multifaceted physical and socio-economic framework. Geonorte Journal (ISSN 2237 - 1419) is an electronic journal of the Department of Geography and the Postgraduate Program in Geography of the Federal University of Amazonas, which aims to publish and disseminate academic works, has a Stratum A3 (2017-2020) Qualis Capes rating, publishes freely and without charging fees to authors.
