The collaborating subjects of this work were teachers and pedagogical coordinators and it was focused on the following question: Does the Continuing Education offered by Itabuna's municipal education network meet the specifics of the educators of the Youth and Adult educators? This study was based on Dialectical Historical Materialism. Among the authors that served as subsidies, the following stand out: Mészáros, (2008), Freitas (2002), Saviani (2003), Arroyo (2009) Freire (2005) and Caldart (2003). Moreover, to explain the methodological basis, we seek contributions in Kosik (1976), Cheptulin (2004) and Gatti (2012). The methodological approach adopted in this research follows a qualitative-quantitative approach of an exploratory nature, based on the participant research. In this sense questionnaires were applied as well as were realized semi-structured interviews with the respondents. After analyzing the data, the results showed that the municipality does not have a local Continuous Training proposal specific for teachers who work at EJA-Campo.
