Relato de Experiência do Programa de Residência Pedagógica em uma Escola Pública no Município de Humaitá-AM: Jogos didáticos no Ensino de Química
Abstract
This paper aims to report the experience lived during the activities developed in the Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP), in the initiation to teaching Chemistry, of the Licentiate Degree in Science: Biology and Chemistry at the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM), at the Institute of Education, Agriculture and Environment (IEAA). The experience report is based on classes from the 1st year of High School at the State School Tarcila Prado de Negreiros Mendes, located in the municipality of Humaitá, Amazonas, Brazil. The methodological path was based on the lived experience throughout classroom observation, participation in lessons, preparation and correction of activities, and teaching practice. The results showed that students demonstrated greater interest and
participation in activities that involved diversified teaching strategies beyond traditional methods, since didactic
processes contributed to better assimilation of the contents addressed in the classroom. Therefore, the Pedagogical
Residency Program has provided students and future teachers with opportunities to improve their knowledge both
in the field of Chemical Science and in classroom teaching experience, generating positive expectations for student
education through the teaching-learning process.
