Abstract

THE IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATIONAL PARADIGM: A DISCUSSION ABOUT THE CITIZENSHIP BUILDING IN LATIN AMERICA

 

This article idea starts with a reflection around what happens with current Brazilian education system. There are many changes. The permanent modifications of public education laws, has shown the tendency to the deconfiguration and graduation in order to adapt them to private sectors interest; by the constant decrease in benefits or of its denial. Its purpose is doing a discussion that seems currently overcame in that the science and, therefore, the knowledge are questioned as thoughts engines, in a moment that politicians from lowest intellectual levels are running many countries, having Brazil as one of them. An era in that educational institutions are being guided by individuals with no empathy or any responsibility to a democratic future of the society. In this context, the democratic education is one of the blocks to be removed by them that are decided for that. The discussion about the paradigms tries to light over this questions. What is clear is that fascism runs the actual politics, and little by little apply its modus operandi in my educational environment of the country. The right historically reactionary has exited from the caves and are installed in government palaces again. It is alive and impose dictatorship as healing process against democracy. This movement from political right is consolidation throughout Latin America, in high speed.
