Abstract

This article alerts to the traditional methodology of the teaching-learning process, which still persists in teaching practice in many higher education institutions and consequently their students multiply them in General and / or Professional Education Schools and Institutes. In this perspective, research that evaluates the proposals of several contemporary authors, who use a critical methodology in their management, should be encouraged to present students of teacher training courses with the possibilities of different techniques, instruments and procedures for the teaching- learning, who use a critical methodology in their classes, and present to students of teacher training courses, possibilities of using different techniques, instruments and procedures for the teaching-learning process.
General objective, to analyze with clarity and objectivity, the main Problems that the trainers / teachers confront in the Teaching of their subjects. The research has as object of study to understand specifically the diverse problems of the Professional Education and, that the teacher faces in the teaching-learning. The methodology is used in research-action, whose target population is students of the 4th year of two classes of the Agriculture course at Escola Superior Técnica - Universidade Pedagógica (Maputo, Gaza, Quelimane), in a total of 192 students, whose sample covered 21.
The techniques of data collection are, the questionnaire, interviews and direct observation. The results show that there is no preference for certain teaching techniques over another, as all must be combined to stimulate students' initiative in carrying out curricular activities. Logically, it is not to dispense with the teacher's initiative, as it promotes and favors the dialogue between those involved in the learning process, thus contributing to the construction of knowledge.
In conclusion, we can say that teaching techniques are important in the relationship between the teacher / teacher and the student / student, as they are at the service of the teaching process itself and are necessary and indispensable conditions for the learning process to occur through middle of research.
