Percepção das comunidades de namaita no distrito de rapale sobre a intervenção das ONGs, 2022.
Abstract
This article focuses on the Perceptions of Namaita Communities of NGO Intervention. The aim of this article is to analyze the perceptions of Namaita communities regarding NGO interventions. Specifically, the research aims to describe the opinions of residents of the Maruha and Muleheia communities in Namaita and identify the practices developed by NGOs in the Maruha and Muleheia communities in Namaita. The research was carried out through consultations of some bibliographic sources of authors who studied the aforementioned topic and a qualitative field research, which involved 4 fathers, 3 mothers and 3 students for each community. The criteria applied to choose these managers allowed the validity of a set of observations to be established and the inclusion of new participants to be suspended, so as not to cause the researcher to experience redundancy or repetition. To collect data for this study, participant observation and semi-structured interviews were used. From the data collected, it was possible to conclude that NGOs function as facilitating agents in the development process of the Maruha and Muleheia communities in Namaita. However, what NGOs lack is the ability to accept the very political nature of development.
