Autopercepción de Estudiantes como Sujetos y Agentes de Cambio desde su Formación Profesional. Experiencias desde la Pandemia por Covid-19
Abstract
Change constitutes the universal principle that underpins the development and transformation of all reality and, therefore, deeply permeates all spheres and conditions of human life. Consequently, vocational training, as one of those áreas, is necessarily immersed in a situation of change. This indicates that all work and the actors involved in this formation they must be immersed in that dynamism, especially in the face of changing high-risk situations, such as those that humanity is currently suffering. The objective of this work was to raise awareness among students regarding their self-perception as subjects and agents of change in their profesional training, base on their expercience of the Covid-19 pandemic. A qualitative methodology was used, focused on the narrative in a dialogic situation between the participants, in the context of the same dynamic of their professional training. The results showed that the students were able to become aware and position themselves as beings in change and agents of it, both for themselves and for others. It consludes by emphasizing the importance of transformation and dynamism on professional training, and developing some posible guidelines to consider in this field, in and for contexts of change.
