Abstract

The 21st century has been fertile in transformations in various fields of knowledge, with developments in all segments of people's lives. Behind these major transformations is school management and quality of Education - exploring the spaces of subjectivity. School management has transformed relationships, production systems, and the ways in which knowledge is generated and circulated. We can thus admit that school management and quality education are leading a new culture of being in all educational institutions. Objective of the research is to show how exploring the spaces of subjectivity contributes to Quality School Management. Methodology: Qualitative narrative and bibliographic-documentary. Expected results - presentation and ranking of different quality management alternatives.
