This paper describes a teaching sequence developed within the scope of the Undergraduate Incentive Program (PROLICEN) (2024/2025 edition) in the Biological Sciences program, articulating biology and Afro-Brazilian culture content. The proposal sought to promote the recognition of ethnic-racial diversity, the appreciation of traditional Afro-Brazilian knowledge, and the integration of science, art, and cultural identity. As a practical report, the approach is qualitative and descriptive, constructed through observations and records of the undergraduates involved. The actions took place between July and August 2025. The teaching sequence was developed in five meetings, with expository activities, discussion circles, physical exercises, artistic recordings, and a final socialization, encouraging critical reflection, identity expression, and strengthening students' self-esteem. Furthermore, the initiative was supported by the BNCC guidelines and Laws 10.639/03 and 11.645/08, reinforcing the role of schools in promoting inclusive education and combating racism.
