RECOLOCAÇÃO DA ESTRUTURA DA CENTRAL DE MATERIAL E ESTERILIZAÇÃO DE UM HOSPITAL PRIVADO DE MANAUS: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA.

Objetivo: Relato de experiência na relocação da estrutura da Central de Material e Esterilização (CME) de um hospital privado de Manaus. A CME é uma unidade hospitalar destinada ao processamento de produtos para saúde, onde presta um atendimento indireto aos clientes. Este trabalho tem como objetivo relatar o processo de desenvolvimento de transferência de uma CME de um hospital privado para uma nova estrutura. Este relato foi baseado na experiência das enfermeiras acompanhando a relocação do setor para uma nova estrutura. Método: Os dados deste relato serão descritos primeiramente com a explanação da estrutura física em que se encontrava, posteriormente ao dia em que foi realizada a mudança e por último a CME em sua nova estrutura. Um mês antes da relocação, foram montadas estratégias, como fluxogramas para que fosse evitado o máximo de falha, para que este setor seja uma unidade eficiente e autônoma. Resultados: A experiência rendeu informações muito enriquecedoras para as enfermeiras que acompanharam o processo de mudança e puderam fazer uma análise de comparação da estrutura antiga caracterizada por sistemas de ventilação rudimentares, espaços físicos reduzidos, mobiliário ergonomicamente inapropriado e a nova locação, planejada, totalmente pensada para atender a funcionalidade do setor, desde o expurgo com sistema de esgoto, sala de preparo ampla e bem iluminada, sala de esterilização e dispensação com equipamentos e espaços hermeticamente idealizados para o profissional atuar no processamento seguro dos materiais hospitalares, que é a real função de uma CME. Conclusão: Por fim concluímos que é conhecendo a realidade de um ambiente de trabalho e a equipe que irá atuar, que se torna possível propor estratégias de melhoria do mesmo.

ABSTRACT
Objective: Experience report on the relocation of the structure of the Material and Sterilization Center (CME) of a private hospital in Manaus. CME is a hospital unit dedicated to the processing of health products, where it provides indirect service to customers. This paper aims to report the development process of transferring a CME from a private hospital to a new structure. This report was based on the nurses experience following the sector's relocation to a new structure. Method: The data in this report will be described first with an explanation of the physical structure in which it was found, after the day on which the change was made and finally the CME in its new structure. One month before the relocation, strategies were developed, such as flowcharts to avoid the maximum failure, so that this sector is an efficient and autonomous unit. Results: The experience yielded very enriching information for the nurses who followed the change process and were able to make a comparison analysis of the old structure characterized by rudimentary ventilation systems, reduced physical spaces, ergonomically inappropriate furniture and the new, planned, totally thought out location. to meet the sector's functionality, from the purge with a sewage system, a large and well-lit preparation room, a sterilization and dispensing room with hermetically designed equipment and spaces for the professional to work in the safe processing of hospital materials, which is the real function of a CME. Conclusion: Finally, we conclude that it is knowing the reality of a work environment and the team that will act, that it becomes possible to propose strategies to improve
