Análise metodológica sobre coleta de dados qualitativos a partir de técnicas textuais, midiáticas e virtuais

Resumo

O presente artigo realizou uma revisão bibliográfica para analisar o livro “Coleta de Dados Qualitativos – um guia prático para técnicas textuais, midiáticas e virtuais”. Utilizou-se a abordagem qualitativa quanto ao seu objetivo, e realizou-se uma análise descritiva em formato de resenha dos treze capítulos do livro, com recortes de citações direta, referente aos relatos de experiências dos pesquisadores. Dentre os resultados, destacaram-se os procedimentos para um planejamento de pesquisa qualitativa em campos de pesquisas nas áreas sociais e de saúde, os critérios para definição de uma pergunta-problema, os requisitos para o desenho da pesquisa, amostragem, questões éticas e tipos de análises de dados no uso de instrumentos de coleta de dados em ambientes virtuais e midiáticos, com destaque para: os levantamentos qualitativos, preenchimentos de histórias, vinhetas, diários solicitados, rádio, revistas, jornais, blogues, fóruns, notícias on-line, comentários dos leitores, entrevistas por e-mail, mensagens instantâneas (MI), Skype e grupos-foco on-line.
