Certain considerations defend that technology in its relation with the development and the permanence of cultural identity presents issues currently parallel to the think globally and act locally “ecological” formulation. The pragmatism of such attitude also resides in technological communication supports suggest and, sheltered by socially just and/or adjusted policies and measures can constitute new stages in education for development, human rights and integration of people and communities.
