This research analyzes the relationship between education, human rights, and animal law, emphasizing the shared responsibility among schools, companies, and civil society. It proposes the inclusion of animal law in basic education, based on animal sentience and the fight against speciesism, while discussing legislation and works by authors such as Singer and Regan. The central question to be addressed is how different sectors can work together to promote an interspecies ethical and socio-environmental education. The specific objectives are to investigate how human and animal rights are approached in educational practices, to understand the role of institutions in fostering critical awareness, and to propose collaborative strategies. The method adopted is a basic research of bibliographic and documentary review, analyzing publications and legal sources related to the topic.
