This study aims to investigate the phenomenon of digital addiction in its relationship with worldliness, using Martin Heidegger's phenomenological psychology of everyday life as a theoretical framework. It is a qualitative theoretical essay that attempts to intertwine the multidimensionality of the contemporary phenomenon known as screen addiction or digital dependence with Heidegger's theoretical proposal, specifically the construct of worldliness. The conclusion is that the proposal was to describe the worldliness of digital addiction, developing an explanatory model that articulates and connects theory and practice, and discussing its implications for human daily life. While this discussion may have deviated from the original focus, its relevance to understanding the worldliness of digital addiction in everyday life is undeniable.
