Through a literature review of school experiences, it was possible to identify strategies that promote sustainable attitudes, values, and behaviors. Practical activities, school gardens, and interdisciplinary projects were observed to enhance student participation, strengthening their sense of environmental responsibility. Furthermore, the involvement of teachers and the school community amplifies the outcomes, contributing to the development of a critical and conscious stance toward environmental issues. The study demonstrates that integrating scientific knowledge with everyday experiences is essential to establish environmental education as a continuous and highly relevant practice, forming citizens committed to sustainability
