Considering the importance of understanding the intrinsic and complex relationship between our conscious intentions and the unique experience we have in the world around us, intention and experience emerge as central and priority themes for understanding our actions and reactions. The objective of this study is to analyze how intentionality influences the human being's lived experience and to investigate the possible intersections between these concepts in various contexts of practical application. It is a study under the qualitative research bias in which three aspects are fundamental: description, exploration and reflection, a triad extensively used in the achievement of the phenomenological research method, the basis of this research. Thus, this study begins by exploring the theme of intentionality, the related philosophical and psychological theories, the experience of living, intentionality and experience: intersections and complementarity, aspects related to practice. It concludes by emphasizing that the balanced integration between these two concepts is crucial for maximizing human potential in various contexts, from educational to psychological, promoting richer and more meaningful learning.
