The social field from humanist existential psychology is in charge of approaching, understanding and intervening in a social group or community, attending to individual and group needs under the premises of the approach; maintain empathy to understand the subjective experiences of otherness; not prosecute the behavior of the person or groups and; Be aware of the experiential process. Under these premises, it is possible to approach the realities of each environment phenomenologically and identify its requirements, to later design and apply the intervention strategy that adjusts to these needs, focusing on the potentialization of the person's capacities individually, and their relationship with their groups (family, work, academic, friendship, among others). Within these strategies are psychological accompaniment, interviews, the community forum, the study of the population, field research, social indicators and discussion and reflection groups. It is concluded that, thanks to the community social intervention from this approach, it is possible to make adaptations to the realities of the people, and thus, generate spaces of greater well-being and quality of life. In turn, the importance of this model is highlighted as part of the psychologist's training, so that it is consistent with the scenarios in which it operates.
