A FORMAÇÃO MÉDICA HUMANIZADA INTERIOR DA AMAZÔNIA

Resumo

Este texto aborda a formação médica humanizada no interior da Amazônia, a partir de um estudo de caso em Santarém/PA. Seu objetivo buscou conhecer a percepção de discentes, docentes e coordenadora do curso estudado acerca da prática humanizada na formação do futuro médico. A metodologia é de abordagem qualitativa, descritiva, com recorte temporal de 2014 a 2017. Foi realizado estudo documental e empírico, cujos dados foram coletados através de entrevista semiestruturada com a coordenadora e 09 docentes, e do questionário padrão PRAXIS com 87 discentes do referido curso, totalizando uma amostra de 97 participantes. Seu tratados ocorreu pela análise de conteúdo de Bardin (2011). Os resultados demonstram que a região amazônica encontra-se desassistida de médicos para atender ao SUS, o que torna sua formação uma prioridade. Verificou-se também que discentes, docentes e coordenadora do curso pesquisado percebem que a política de humanização está presente no currículo desse curso de medicina, conforme recomendam as DCNs, refletindo numa formação de médicos éticos e humanistas, com consciência da sua importância no contexto da sociedade, o quanto eles podem mudar e contribuir, desde que tenham humanidade de apreender que a ‘medicina é uma profissão eminentemente social”. Contudo, identificou-se que as práticas do processo ensino - aprendizagem, legitimadas pela integração da realidade imediata à própria formação inicial, são um grande desafio, principalmente no interior da Amazônia. Sendo essencial à edificação de um SUS para todos e com um atendimento humanizado e de qualidade.

ABSTRACT: This text approaches humanized medical training in the interior of the Amazon, based on a case study in Santarém / PA. Its objective was to know the perception of students, teachers and coordinator of the course studied about the humanized practice in the formation of a future doctor. The methodology is qualitative and descriptive, with a temporal duration from 2014 to 2017. A documentary and empirical study was carried out, with data collected through a semi-structured interview with the coordinator and 09 teachers, and the PRAXIS standard questionnaire with 87 medicine students, totalizing a sample of 97 participants. It’s treatises occurred by the content analysis of Bardin (2011). The results show that the Amazon region do not have enough doctors to meet SUS demand, which makes its formation a priority. It was also verified that students, teachers and coordinator of the course studied perceive that the humanization policy is present in the curriculum of this medical course, as recommended by the DCNs, reflecting in a formation of ethical and humanistic doctors, aware of its importance in the context of society, how much they can change and contribute, provided they have humanity to apprehend that 'medicine is an eminently social profession'. However, it was identified that the practices of the teaching-learning process, legitimized by the integration of the immediate reality to the initial formation itself, are a great challenge, mainly in the interior of the Amazon. Being essential to the construction of a SUS for all and with a humanized and quality care.
